摘    要:矿业可持续发展是矿业高质量发展的本质要求。全球碳减排进程加速,气候变化的适应与应对,已成为全球各政治体和经济体共识。在新发展阶段,国家“碳中和”目标的提出,将成为矿业绿色、低碳、循环发展的内生动力。优化能源资源供给侧结构性改革,构建多维协同发展路径,发挥矿业在碳减排中的“助推器”作用;积极推进矿业绿色发展,实施矿业迹地生态修复重大工程,提升矿区生态系统固碳能力,有助于重塑矿业社会形象和矿业产业结构转型升级。

Abstract:Sustainable development of the mining industry is the essential requirement for high-quality development of the mining industry.The global carbon emission reduction process is accelerating,and climate change adaptation and response have become the consensus of international political bodies and economies.In the new development stage,the proposed national goal of"carbon neutrality",will become the endogenous impetus for the green,low-carbon,and circular development of the mining industry.The paper suggests to optimize the structural reform on the supply side of energy resources,construct a multi-dimensional synergistic development path,and play the role of"booster"of the mining industry in carbon emission reduction;actively promote the green development of mining industry,implement the major project of ecological restoration of mining sites,and improve the carbon sequestration capacity of mining ecosystem,in order to help with reshaping the social image of the mining industry and the transformation and upgrading of mining industry structure.
