| 摘 要： | 科技创新对于一个国家和地区的社会经济发展具有重要影响。文章在梳理科技创新模式的基础上，分析了经济欠发达地区选择原始创新模式所存在的障碍和选择模仿创新可能存在的潜在利益，指出经济欠发达地区在进行模仿创新时需要明确模仿创新与原始创新的关系、注重科技人力资源的培养和开发、确立企业的市场主体地位，创造有利模仿创新的环境，以保障模仿创新模式的顺利进展。
