| 摘 要： | 土地流转是我国农村家庭联产承包实践的产物。它不仅解决了农村土地撂荒等现实问题。而且推动了土地规模经营，加快了农村经济的发展，把农业向现代化推进。目前，我省农村土地流转形式也较多，但土地流转是一新生事物，它的实践和作用中还存在一些问题。针对土地流转实际问题，应采取促进土地合理流转的对策。

| Abstract: | Land circulation is the product of China countryside's family united production contract practice.It solved practical problems such as agricultural land's desolation,pushed agro-land's large-scale management,promoted agro-economy's development,pushed agriculture's modernization.Presently,there are many different kinds of circulation forms in use;land circulation is a new-born object,which practice and impact have some problems.In order to solve practical land circulation problem,it is necessary to raise some countermeasures to promote land reasonable circulation. |
