论政府在企业跨国经营中的作用

由于经济全球化以及外资涌入的冲击 ,我国企业国际化进程大大加快 ,国际市场竞争的残酷性决定了政府在企业跨国经营中作用的重要性。在分析我国企业跨国经营现状及存在问题的基础上 ,结合政府职能作用中存在的问题 ,探讨并论证了政府在宏观管理、职能转变、政策法规等方面应予以企业在跨国经营中进一步的扶持与帮助。

The Role of Government in the Transnational Operation of Enterprises

With the economic globalization and the impulsion of foreign investment, the process of internationalization has being greatly developed quickly. The intensive international competition decides the importance of the government's role in the transnational operation of enterprises. The paper probes into and demonstrates that the government should give the help and support to the enterprises in the transnational operation of enterprises in the aspect of macro-management, function transform, policies and laws through the analysis of the present situation and existing problems,and solving the problems of government function's role.
