| 摘 要： | 本文首先对价值工程理论和企业价值系统方法论的历史发展和理论体系进行了回顾和介绍;然后提出了基于企业价值系统方法论的企业发展战略分析方法,采用PEST分析法、波特五力模型分析法、SWOT分析法和AHP分析法进行环境分析,使用RWFJ分析法分析关键要素对事和环境的耦合关系,应用波士顿矩阵分析法分析制定业务组合发展策略;最后给出了分析企业发展战略的结论和需要注意的事项。
