| 摘 要： | 锦45-H2井为2007年5月22日投产的一口水平井,该井开采层位为于楼油层,开采井段为1142.1m-1397.46m,111.06m/4层,初期日产油14.0t,日产液42.0m3,含水67%,生产平稳。2009年11月热采,出砂严重,探砂面971.0m,判断套坏971.0m导致油井停产。
