| 摘 要： | 文章通过对国际贸易中三种最常用的术语针对买卖双方的责任进行了比较。然后从理论与实务两个角度分析了三种国际贸易术语的使用。理论上得出:立足于国家角度而言,应当选择使我国整体利益最大的贸易术语;于企业角度而言,应当选择风险最小,收益最大的贸易术语。
