| 摘 要： | 我国社区卫生服务的体系的建设,已经有十多年的历史了。但在现在的社区卫生服务的发展中,仍有许多不足之处,我们要在改进这些问题的同时,优化这项体系的建设,让我们国家社区的卫生医疗技术和服务水平,在根本上能有明显的提高。本文首先探讨了我国社区卫生人力资源配置和人才队伍建设的现状,接着探讨了怎样改进社区的人力资源配置和如何优化人才队伍的建设。
