| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会的飞速进步,我国的建筑行业也在这个过程中得到了蓬勃的发展。而在建筑行业不断发展的过程中,工程施工中的合同问题也逐渐引起了人们的重视。在实际的合同签订过程中,经常会由于合同的无效而为整个工程项目带来了很大负面的影响。在本文中,将就建设工程施工中的几种无效合同类型及法律后果进行一定的分析与探讨。

In the continuous development process of the construction industry, contract problems in construction have gradually attracted people＇s attention. In the actual contract signing process, often the invalid contract has a big negative impact on the entire project, In this article, several types of invalid contract and the legal consequences of building construction are analyzed and discussed. |
