| 摘 要： | 结合具体建筑工程实例,指出了建筑施工成本控制存在的不足,并提出了施工成本控制的有效路径与方法。实际运用表明,在建筑工程施工中采取有效的成本控制方法不仅能够降低工程成本,还能够提高建筑工程施工效益,类似建筑施工成本控制能够从中得到借鉴与启示。
