| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析我国高等院校地质专业人才培养现状、毕业生就业去向、地质单位对高等院校毕业生需求状况,预测我国2010年、2015年、2020年地质科技工作者供需状况。结果显示未来10～15年我国地质人才存在着需求大于供给的趋势,且缺口数量较大。针对此种情况提出了相应的改善我国地质人才严重缺乏的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Supply and demand of geosciences workers in China at 2010, 2015 and 2020 is forecasted by analyzing geosciences talent training, the graduates employment and the demand of geological unit. The results showed that there is a trend of geosciences talent＇s demand more than supply. And the mount of shortage is very large. So we put forward to suggestions to improve the state of geosciences talent serious shortage in China. |
