| 摘 要： | 目前,电子商务正迅猛发展。网络的精神产品以直接或间接的形式产生着巨大的经济效益和社会效益,但与此同时网络中电子商务活动中出现的色情类、暴力类、嗜赌类型产品对人的身心发展和健康类造成了一定的危害。因此必须弄清如今网络精神产品的开发中的伦理道德失范原因,并制定相应防范措施。

| Abstract: | In the current rapid development of e - business, the online intellectual products directly or indrectly create enonrmous econonic and social benefits. However, there also appear many harmful by -produts concerning pornography, violence, gambling, efc. Therefore, it is vital to find the reasons for the failure of ethics in online intellectral products development so as to take the necessary preventative measures. |
