以能力为本位的高素质人才培养模式

根据高职高专的教学特点，提出了以学生的能力为本位、提高学生综合素质的人才培养目标，阐述了如何从培养学生的专业技能入手改革课程体系、开展“能力目标、任务训练、学生主体”为原则的课程教学改革，把能力培养贯穿在整个教学活动中的一种教学思路。

The Method of Cultivating Higher Qualified Expertise Based on Key Competency Training

According to the teaching characteristic of colleges in China, in this article, its author suggests a method of cultivating higher qualified expertise that is based on key competency training and is for a target of improving students＇ integrated ability. It expounds the ways to improve our curriculum system and then start to develop our education of the curriculum. In the author＇s opinions, the innovation should be started with cultivating students＇ core skills and, the principle of it includes the target of competency, the training of tasks and the basis of students. Her most important teaching thought is to make the key competency cultivating throughout the whole teaching process.
