面对经济全球化趋势,由于竞争的压力和金融业本身发展的需要,在金融领域实行混业经营已是必然趋势。混业经营将是我国金融业长期发展的必然选择,但实现由分业经营向混业经营转变必须立足于我国国情,采取“渐进过渡”的方式。

Facing the trend of economic globalization, many counties deregulated local financial industry in succession to fit in with the needs of competition and developments of financial industry itself. It has been an inevitable trend to practise all-round business in financial fields. Also all-round business in finance will be the choice for the long-term advancement of financial industry in China. But we must base on our national situations to change from segregating business to all-round business in finance and the way of gradual transition will be adopted.
