| Abstract: | For a long time, the development of our resource, particularly, in the coal mining and the equitable distribution of their interest is a serious problem. This paper analyzes the presence of the conflict about the distribution of Chinese coal mining interests and the reasons for this condition, trying to build a new system of distribution of coal mining interests, to achieve social development in the "real fair." |
