| 摘 要： | 比较方法在国际私法研究中具有重要的作用,而在国际私法趋同化中的作用尤为突出。随着因特网的发展与广泛使用,获取外国法律资料已变得非常便捷。因此,比较方法在国际私法中的作用必将上升到新的高度,而国际私法趋同化的走势也将进一步加强。
