| 摘 要： | 面对激烈的竞争形势,企业集团如何通过集中管理模式实现财务集权,强化资金的规模效益,实现资金的风险控制,达到资金管理与业务和财务的统一,建立科学的企业集团资金管理模式显得尤为重要。本文对内部银行这一财务管理模式的有关问题进行了探讨。
