| 摘 要： | 发达国家在新加坡部长级会议上提出将贸易与竞争问题纳入世贸组织新一轮谈判。在此后的谈判中,这一问题就成为发达国家与发展中国家贸易谈判的一个焦点问题。本文从分析贸易与竞争政策入手,研究了发达国家和发展中国家集团在该问题上的冲突,并对多边贸易体制下的贸易与竞争政策问题的发展趋势进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The problem of trdae and competition should be a focus in the coming negotiation round in WTO,which is proposed by the group of developed countries in the meeting of minister held in Singapore.After that,the problem has been a focus in the negotiation among the groups of developed countries and developing countries. This article analyses the relationship of trade and competition policies,and the conflicts of the groups of developed countries and developing countries,and tries to discuss the trend of the problem about trade and competition policies in the system of multilateral trade. |
