医科院校非直属附属医院师资队伍的现状与培养探讨

医学院校的非直属附属医院是临床医学教育的重要组成部分。当前，非直属附属医院的临床教师队伍存在着整体素质不高、教学意识淡薄、师资培养措施不力等问题。因此，必须改革师资培养模式，确立培养目标，加强职前教育和在职教育，创建有利环境，促进教师素质和教学水平的提高。

Non-directly affiliated hospital of medical school is a very important part in clinical medicine education. Currently, there are many problems exist in non-directly affiliated hospital teachers troops such as poor entirely quality, superficial of teaching consciousness and un-powerful of teachers training measure and so on. Therefore, we must transform teachers training mode, establish training target, strengthen education before job and in-service, set up advantageous environment, to promote teachers quality and raise teaching level.
