| 摘 要： | 高职院校相当部分的学生，缺乏学习自觉性和行为自我约束能力。对于这些学生的行为如不进行适当的矫治，学校正常的教学秩序就难以维持，就会影响教育质量。因此，必须充分调动各种积极因素，以“育”为先，“育”与“教”结合，才能提高教育质量。

| Abstract: | Quite a number of the higher vocational school students lack of conscious activity and self - disci- pline on their studies, if there is no proper remediation towards such bad behaviors, even keeping the order of the campus will be difficult, let alone the quality of education. Therefore, only ＂teaching＂ is insufficient, what is much more important is ＂education＂. All positive factors should be put into play so that the quality of education could be improved. The article analyzes the student source of the higher vocational school and expounds the measures to ＂educate＂ the higher vocational school students. |
