| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是对经济社会发展一般规律认识的深化,是推动社会主义经济建设发展的指导方针。在振兴龙江中必须以科学发展观统领全省经济建设的全局,把推进经济发展的核心和重点切实转到以人为本与全面、协调和可持续发展的轨道上来,再展龙江雄风。
