矿产资源资产评估及其产权收益实现途径

资产评估是确定资产市场价值,开展资产经营与管理工作的重要环节。在矿产资源资产开发利用管理工作中,对矿产资源资产进行科学地评估,是合理配置、有效利用矿产资源资产,充分实现矿产资源资产产权收益的必要前提。本文利用较为成熟的资产评估理论与方法,探讨了矿产资源储量资产综合评估及其产权预期收益的计算方法,提出了实现矿产资源储量资产产权预期收益的四条途径,并简要地分析了产权收益的合理分配与使用途径。

The Ways of Assessing Mineral Resources Assets and Getting Revenus from the Assets

It is the main purpose of assessing any kind of asset to protect the profits of traders and make the best use of the assets. This paper deals with the methods of evaluating mineral resources assets, wasting assets, and caculating the market prices of the wasting assets. It proposes several formulas that can be used to compute the revenue when the wasting assets are transferred to mining enterprices by the govermental management departmenets. In addition, the paper suggests some ways of deviding and using the incomes from the mineral resources assets transfered correctly and reasonably.
