论传统数量化指标导向下外资对内资的挤出效应

本文首先就外资外贸传统数量化指标导向的形成及其实现手段——政策引致性扭曲作了简要介绍。在此基础上,区分了两种外资对内资的挤出效应即"成本挤出"效应与"策略挤出"效应。最后,总结了外资对内资挤出效应的产业特征与技术特征,指出外资外贸传统数量化指标导向不利于建立国家竞争优势。

On the Effect of the Foreign Capital Crowding out the Domestic Capitals by Government Pursuing the Foreign Capital and Trade Quantitive Index

This article first made a brief introduction on the formation of the foreign capital and trade traditional quantitive index guidance and the realization method by policy-imposed distortion.Then, we analysed two kinds of effects of foreign capitals crowding out the domestic capitals,which are "cost-crowding-out effect" and "strategy-crowing-out effect".Finally, we summarized the industrial and technical characteristics, and pointed out that the traditional quantitive index guidance about foreign capitals and trade would not have favored a nation to establish its competitive advantage.
