末端物流网点运作效率的优化研究

随着电子商务的发展,物流逐渐成为居民生活中不可或缺的服务。作为末端物流运作的重要场所,快递网点运作效率的高低直接对客户直观体验和所获得的服务质量产生影响。针对快递网点的物流运作效率问题进行优化研究,基于熵权法对网点效率进行评价,在此基础上给出提高网点运作效率的优化方案,并通过Flexsim仿真直观呈现优化结果。研究结果可为同类型末端物流网点效率的提升提供重要的参考。

With the development of e-commerce, logistics has gradually become an indispensable service in residents'' lives. As an important place for terminal logistics operation, the operation efficiency of express outlets has a direct impact on customers'' intuitive experience and service quality. The optimization of the logistics operation efficiency of express outlets studied. The efficiency of outlets is evaluated based on entropy weight method, an optimization scheme to improve the operation efficiency of outlets is proposed.The optimization results are visually presented through Flexsim simulation. The research results can provide an important reference for the improvement of the efficiency of the same type of end logistics outlets.
