现代服务业生产性实训基地建设研究——以江苏经贸职业技术学院为例

生产性实训基地是高等职业教育的创新举措,是提高人才培养质量的有效途径。江苏经贸职业技术学院不断突破传统观念和体制束缚,以现代服务业为特色,建立＂政府主导、行业指导、企业参与、社会支持＂的办学机制,积极探索产学研合作教育新模式,共建、共管、共用、共享,进一步凸现了建设主体多元化,学校与企业真正结成紧密型的战略合作伙伴关系,在实践中创出了一条适合自身发展的新路子。
