| 摘 要： | 高校学生辅导员在新时期大学校园里占有举足轻重的位置,他们的好坏直接关系到大学生的成长与发展,更关系到我国未来在世界竞争中能否占据有利位置。面临社会的发展与诸多矛盾的出现,重视辅导员队伍建设,找准辅导员的角色定位,认清辅导员的职责,是一个关键问题。

| Abstract: | College counselors at the new college campus occupies a pivotal position,they have a direct bearing on the growth and development of college students,even it take a favorable position in the world related to our future competitiveness.Therefore,we should face the social development and the emergence of many contradictions,and attent counselor ranks.Identifing the counselor＇s role,recognizing perform a competent,qualified counselor＇s role is a key priority issues. |
