Home-care is the new pension choice that based on the weakening function of traditional family support pension and defects of socialization care for aged people.Relatively,this new pension choice is saving,and could improve elder＇s life qualities,reduce stress of family members,promote construction and development of community itself,etc.This article suggests that we should strengthen the implementation from aspects of establishment of modern old-age security system,constructing the community support network and services pension,training professional staff,improving the community service,perfecting the evaluation mechanism,strengthening the government＇s efforts,and so on.
