教育生态学视角下高职师资队伍建设探索

随着政治与经济体制改革的不断深入,我国教育受到深度撞击。教育观念需要更新,教育体制需要改革,教育内容需要变革,教育的生态规律应得到充分认识。应用教育生态学的观点来研究高职师资队伍建设与外部生态环境及教育内部之间的相互联系,把握教育生态平衡的规律,从本质上揭示和解决师资队伍建设中存在的问题,推进职业教育科学发展。

Construction of Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges in the View of Ecology of Education

With the deepening of political and economic system reform,our education is deeply impacted.The notion of education needs to be renewed,the system needs to be reformed,the contents need to be changed and the law of educational ecology should be fully valued.It is necessary to study the relations among the construction of teaching staff,outer ecological environment and correlation of links within education,grasp the balanced laws of educational ecology,disclose and solve the problems existing in the course of the construction of teaching staff to promote the scientific development of higher vocational education.
