| 摘 要： | 毕业生是一个特殊的群体,面临着毕业和找工作的双重压力。面对这样的现状,班主任作为班级的管理者和教育者,要特别重视与学生的情感交流,善于把握学生的心理,了解学生的情感需求,创建平等的交流氛围,采用适当的方法,有效拨动学生的心灵。

| Abstract: | Under the pressure of gradation and job-hunting,gradation class is a special group.As a teacher in charging of gradation class,it is important to communicate with gradation students emotionally with an equally attitude.Further more,the teachers also need to understand the mind and the emotional needs of the students.With all appropriate methods,it is easy and effective to understand the students＇ mind. |
