| Abstract: | How to shaping electric enterprise culture, how to put the enterprise culture into the practice of enterprise management, improving enterprise culture of electric power enterprise is the present research projects for electric power enterprise. The role that enterprise culture played in the development of enterprises and promoting enterprise＇s core competence with enterprise culture construction is discussed in this paper, and put forward the view. |
