| Abstract: | The equipments that have played a key part in the construction of the Baihe hydropower station are Ceba （Chinese name of equipment）, GPS and EDM. The paper, builds upon what the author have learned in surveying, provides insight into effective ways of building on-ground survey control network, using Ceba plus other equipments, GPS and EDM. |
