| 摘 要： | 文章提出企业目标教育是推动企业向前发展的基础，只有将企业发展与企业目标教育紧密结合才能推动企业持续、快速、健康地发展。为此时企业目标教育与企业发展的密切关系进行了阐述，针对目前企业目标教育存在的问题，提出若干建议。

| Abstract: | The article proposes that the way of education with aims is the foundation to promote the enterprises. Only consider both education with aims and the enterprise＇s development, can the enterprise be promoted sustainably, fast and healthily. Based on their close relations, the article also points out the problems in education with aims in enterprises, and proposes its suggestions. |
