| 摘 要： | 中小型水库因大坝渗漏，管涌、滑坡、涵管漏水等原因造成垮坝失事或重大险情的事故时有发生，严重，威胁着水库工程和下游人民生命财产的安全。中小型水库防渗问题的有效处理，对水库大坝安全运行有着重大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The accidents of dam failure and fatal danger happen with high frequency in medium and small reservoirs caused by dam seepage ,piping,landslide ,culvert leakage and so on,it is a serious threat for reservoir project and the safety of people lives and properties in the downstream. The Effective Treatment of Seepage in medium and small reservoirs,has significant meaning for operation safety in medium and small reservoirs. |
