| Abstract: | It is a prevalent challenge for construction enterprises to effectively prevent and control the construction contract risks by any possibility. The article analyses and summarizes the main features of construction contract risks and provides the preventative measures to these risks in order to strengthen the management of construction contracts and the awareness of the risks when fulfilling the contracts. |
