| 摘 要： | 2008年4月12日，广西玉林市城区及上游遭遇近于10年一遇的暴雨洪水，城区外洪内涝成灾，损失严重。文章分析了这次洪涝灾害的成因，并对解决玉林城区防洪排涝问题提出探讨性意见。

| Abstract: | On April 22nd, 2008, the city of Yulin and the upper reaehes was encountered the worst flood in the last 10 years, incurring great economic losses. The article analyzes the reasons behind the disaster and provides some suggestions for the flood control and drainage work in Yulin City. |
