摘    要:如何有效调动员工积极性,是所有企业必须考虑的问题。文章通过分析影响员工积极性的因素,深入员工意识层面,了解不同层次员工的需求,并运用有效的激励杠杆,有的放矢地对员工进行分类管理,从而提高员工积极性。
