摘    要:在知识经济时代,人力资源是推动企业发展的最重要资源。企业要保持可持续发展,就必须树立正确的人力资源投资理念,重视人力资源的开发与利用,加大其投资力度,充分发挥企业预投资、培训投资以及身心健康投资三者的作用,突现它们对企业的增值效应,从而有效地构建知识经济奈件下企业人力资源投资的科学体系。

Abstract:Enterprises should maintain the suitable development, only to establish the right thoughts on human resource investments, pay more attention to the development and utilization of human resource, increase their investments, and play an sufficient role of enterprises'pre-investment, training investments and the body and mind health investments. So, these methods should show their value-added effects for enterprises and then effectively build the scientific system of human resource investment in the backgronnd of the knowledge-base economy.
