高职高专教育现状及教改观念转变的探讨

在高职高专教育中，培养人才是根本任务，教学是中心工作。教学改革首先应该改变教育教学的理念，以此来改变教学模式，进而提高教育教学效率，更有效地实现高职高专的教育目标。文章主要从高职高专的教育现状入手，提出通过转变传统的教学观念、对待学生的观念，转变教师角色以及改变学习方式来落实高职高专教育人才培养工作，实现高职高专的培养目标。

A Study on the Education Status Quo in Higher Vocational Colleges and Their Idea Transformation Reform

The cultivation of talents is the fundamental task in the higher vocational training education, while teaching is the center of this work. The teaching concepts should be changed firstly in the teaching reform, in order to change the teaching mode, to improve teaching efficiency, and to realize the leaching targets in higher vocational training education. Based on the status quo in higher vocational training education at present, the article proposes that the ways of studying should be changed by transforming the traditional teaching ideas, the concepts of treating students, transforming teachers＇ role and changing the study methods. Therefore, these efforts could improve the euhivation work on talents in higher vocational training education and achieve related training targets in this field.
