| Abstract: | The organization in the zero growth process will not necessarily enter into recession. The zero growth, however, will become a botdeneck for the enterprise to be taken to the next level. Based on the definition of the zero growth organization, the article discusses the plight in which the enterprise is developing and explores the management countermeasures. |
