真空压浆工艺在吉华跨线桥施工中的应用

摘    要:文章介绍桥梁后张预应力砼结构压浆的一种新方法——真空压浆,说明了真空压浆在提高预应力孔道灌浆的饱满度和密实度方面比普通压浆更具优越性,证明了采用真空压浆工艺是提高后张预应力砼结构安全度和耐久性的有效措施。同时介绍了一种更方便、直观的水泥浆膨胀率实验方法,以及真空压浆工艺在吉华跨线桥施工中的应用。

Abstract:The article introduces a new way of post-tensioned prestressing Reinforced Concrete Structure mad jack-vacuum mad jack, points to its advantages of fullness and density in post-tensioned prestressing pore passage grouting as against the conventional grouting method. It gives testimony to the fact that vacuum mad jack is an effective measure to boost the safety and durability of the post-tensioned prestressing which can be regarded as a convenient and direct experiment method of the grout dilatation. In addition, the article briefs on the applications of vacuum mad jack to the construction of Jihua Overpass.
