基于CAI技术的压缩机管系阻尼减振技术研究

摘    要:运用CAI技术对压缩机管系的振动进行了分析,通过TRIZ理论进行矛盾分析并结合结构模态分析,制定出了在管道上增加阻尼的方案来确保管线的振动能量转移至阻尼。具体方案是在管线上加装粘滞型阻尼器来降低管线振动,该方案有效的增加了管线的可靠性和安全性,保证了石化企业压缩机管道的安全。

Abstract:The use of CAI technology compressor piping vibration is analyzed, through TRIZ theory contradiction analysis combined with mode analysis, we formulated the program to increase damping in the pipeline to ensure that the pipeline damping of vibration energy transferred to the damping. Specific program is to install viscous-type vibration damper in the pipeline to reduce vibration, the program effectively increased the reliability and security of the pipeline to ensure the safety of petrochemical pipeline compressor.
