| 摘 要： | 长期以来，物权法理论一般将物权公示理解为物权变动本身的公示以及物权本身的公示两部分，此种理论上的混淆导致了很多问题的复杂化甚至矛盾。本文分析了物权公示的对象，探讨了物权公示的方式以及物权公示的效力等问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of Public Summons of Real Right and registration delivery, this paper discussed the objects and methods of Public Summons of Real Right and drew a conclusion that the method of Public Summons of Real Right is registration possession and it should be corrected that traditional theory takes public summons as elements of Transfer of Real Right and the effectiveness of the confrontation elements. |
