| 摘 要： | 地方优秀传统文化具有丰富内涵，它涵盖地方标志性人物所体现的特有的精神气质。人是文化的存在物，地方优秀传统文化在思想政治教育中具有亲和力、凝聚力、感染力的作用。结合钦州地方优秀传统文化———刘冯文化，就发挥地方优秀传统文化在思想政治教育中的“三力”作用进行探讨。
