| Abstract: | In the development process,small and medium enterprises face many problems.The solutions to these prob-lems lies in technological innovation.Technological innovation of SMEs should take the path of knowledge league inorder to achieve development.Therefore,the development of small and medium enterprises need knowledge League isthe reality.On this basis,the paper analyses the concept of knowledge league,the characteristics of knowledge leagueof the SME Union and the key issues in the development of small and medium enterprises knowledge league,concludeswith the establishment and measures of knowledge league for small and medium enterprises using knowledge portal. |
