| Abstract: | Recently graduate education in China has been undergoing a rapid development. Nevertheless the fact that graduates outnumber tutors has let to the poor quality in graduate training. This article means to introduce "Fleet instruction method" in an attempt to solve the inharmonious ratio between graduate and tutor. This method means to offer the necessary conditions for graduate training mode and to guarantee the graduate education quality for the purpose of accelerating graduate education development to accord with globe competition of graduate education after WTO entry. |
