家庭背景、人力资本与个人收入差异

摘    要:使用2005年中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据,采用基于回归方程的因素分解方法,对造成个人收入差异的因素及其影响程度进行比较分析。结果表明,除了个人教育水平外,家庭背景因素也是造成收入差异的重要原因,个人教育水平能解释收入差异的26.3%,父母的教育水平和职业地位能够解释收入差异的13.8%。劳动力市场制度的完善,会缩小家庭背景的作用,从而减少收入差异和增进经济效率。

Abstract:Adopting the methods of decomposing Gini index based on regression equation,this paper comparatively analyzes the factors causing indifference of individual income and its affecting extent on account of the CGSS dataset of 2005.The results indicate that family background is the important reason for the difference of income,in addition to educational level.The perfect employment system would reduce the operating scope of family background,so as to narrow the gap of income and improve the economic efficiency.
