| 摘 要： | 传统的物资采购业务流程的链条长,易形成“五国分立”态势,造成时间和资金的浪费。而且企业在供应商的选择上主观性、随机性强,在双方的博弈过程中需支付大量的费用。如果把价值链管理思想融入其中,通过应用MRP系统．建立长期可靠的供应商关系和建立风险管理机制,企业可以设计出改进的流程。

| Abstract: | The long chain of the traditional process in material purchasing is liable to form"five countries separation"situation which results in wasting time and funds.Choosing the suppliers at random and subjectively and gaming between two parts need pay a number of expenses.If the thought of value chain management is merged,then,the strategy,which we take to design the new process,includes: apply MRP system to build the long-lasting credible relation with supplier and set up risk management mechanism. |
