| 摘 要： | 由于普通高等教育扩招，加之民办高校、电大开放教育、远程网络教育等灵活办学机制出现等因素，普通高校成人教育的发展在办学体制、管理机制、办学资源等多方面面临着极大的挑战。新时期普通高校成人教育发展的出路，主要在于积极参与学习型社会的建设和采用远程化的现代教学手段，并且积极探索开拓国际教育市场。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities are enrolling more and more students. What's more, private colleges, TV universities and corresponding courses by internet are challenging common colleges. So adult education development in colleges are meeting great challenges in the aspects of management system, management devices, education resources. Modern adult education in colleges should take active part in constructing a learning-oriented society, adopt modern tele-teaching devices and develop international education markets. |
