| 摘 要： | 金融已经成为现代生产力系统中的一个要素。金融与传统的生产力因素相比，其特殊性表现在一是金融对现代生产力系统中每一个因素的渗透和强化；二是金融对现代生产力系统的超越性。这种超越性表现在目前金融业已经成为一个现代产业，它与其它产业的差别表现为：一是它作为现代产业与其它产业所经营的商品不同，它经营的是金融商品；二是金融业可以在一定限度内超越现存资本额为生产力发展提供资金。
