| 摘 要： | 本文从我国工程保险的发展的技术障碍入手,对建设项目实施过程的委托代理关系进行了分析,比较了项目业主与保险人在项目建设过程中的关注焦点,提出委托监理机构从事工程保险技术服务工作,并分析了委托后的激励机制及其影响因素。
